The tool is free for personal use.  By installing the software you automatically agree to the license below:

Personal Users:

You are licensed to install as many copies on as many PC's as you wish, providing those copies are not used in any form of commercial environment.  You may not sell, modify with the intention of claiming it as your own work, redistribute or otherwise profit from any part of this software.  Individuals may carry a link on their own website to the software's website.

Commercial Users:

Any form of commercial use is not allowed under the terms of this license.  Including, but not limited to, any use within an Assessment Centre, a TOC or a FOC.  Additionally, commercial companies are not permitted to provide copies of the software either to employees or to test candidates, nor is any company or individual allowed to profit from this software by selling it as either a stand-alone product or as part of a compilation.  Put simply, the tool must not be used as a commercial software product.

This software comes with no guarantees, expressed or implied, and the author accepts no liability for any damages arising from its use or misuse.  This software will not magically give you the ability to pass the real-life test - it is simply a practise aid!  The author will provide technical support via email, but as this software is provided free of charge please do not expect 24hr support or instant replies!
